The project contemplates the creation of a refined rustic basement of 24.82 square meters designed as storage space for agricultural tools essential to the management of the fund. This carefully designed and refined building fits discreetly into the surrounding landscape, offering a functional environment perfectly in tune with nature. Access to the structure will be facilitated by a 5-meter-long and 3-meter-wide trench pathway, carefully designed to overcome the unevenness of the terracing, while ensuring practicality and elegant integration with the natural environment . The exterior of the rustic house will be clad in local split stone, a material that harmonizes with the landscape, giving it an authentic and rustic appearance. The stone will be laid horizontally, respecting the local tradition and ensuring long durability. The rustic house will have an entrance with wooden frames, chosen for its natural beauty and excellent thermal and acoustic insulation properties. The load-bearing structure will be made of reinforced concrete, a solid and durable solution, while the exterior plasters, made with cement mortars, will protect the building from the weather. Stoneware tile floors are ideal for an agricultural environment, easy to maintain and resistant to wear and tear. Inside, the structure will be equipped with the necessary systems for proper operation of the storage facility, always in compliance with current regulations
