Roberto Beniamini, born in Varazze (SV) on 31.10.1950 and residing in Imperia at Via F.R.Carli 123,
c.f.BNM RRT 50R31 L675P – p.iva 00692390081, graduated in 1976 from the Faculty of Architecture of Genoa with a thesis on the architectural composition about the restoration and the structural and architectural transformation of the historic center of Alessandria” from.
He qualified as an architect in 1977 and has been since 29.01.1981 in the Chamber of Architects of the Province of Imperia under no. 94 registered after having emerged on 25.01.1978 from the Chamber of Architects of the Province of Genoa.

From 1978 to 1980 he worked as a consultant for the Società Morteo Soprefin Gruppo Finsider in Genoa, working on urban planning and construction projects in Italy and abroad.
In 1981 he moved to Imperia, where he worked on both administrative and technical aspects of public and private construction projects.
In 1991 he was a lecturer for the implementation of the Module 4 programme for environmental impact assessment technicians, funded by the Region of Liguria.
1991 he won the section Realizations” of the international competition Palarch” with the presentation of the promenade on the seafront of Borgo Marina in Imperia, published in the most important national and international architectural magazines (Domus -Interni -Vogue ).
In 1992, with his presentation of the restructuring of the industrial complex “Oleificio Isnardi” in Pontedassio (IM), he won a special mention from the jury at the second international competition Arte in Piazza.
Registered in the regional register of experts for natural beauty ex.3L.R.21/08/91 n° 20 with regional decision 3676 of 3/8/92.
From 1992 to 1994 he was external consultant of the municipality of Imperia for public green spaces and urban furniture.
In August 1994, an article about his design approach was published in the Swiss newspaper “La Libertè”.
On 07.11.1997 he acquired the qualification as coordinator for the planning and execution of works on temporary or mobile construction sites (D.Lgs.494/96).
From 2003 to 2004 he was external consultant for the municipality of Imperia for the redevelopment of public green spaces and street furniture.
He was a consultant for the Liguria region in the elaboration of PRUSST.
In 2004, he was a member of the evaluation committee for the state examinations to obtain the architect diploma at the Faculty of Architecture in Genoa.
Since July 2004, the architectural office has been in possession of the quality certification _ ISO 9001.
He was a member of various building commissions in the province of Imperia and from 2009 to 2014 he was vice president of the landscape commission of the municipality of Imperia.
Currently, as an expert on the environment and architectural heritage, he is a member of the Landscape Commissions of the Municipality of Imperia as President, and of the Municipality of Diano Marina as President and President of the Association of Municipalities of the Arroscia Valley (No 13).

Born in 1978 in Genoa, he graduated from the Faculty of Architecture in 2004.
He qualified as a professional architect in 2005 and was admitted to the Chamber of Architects of the Province of Imperia.
He completed the last year of his studies in Granada as part of an Erasmus programme, but returned to Spain for another two years after graduation to work with a local office. He spoke Spanish, integrated well with his colleagues and gained experience as an architect.
In 2006, he finally moved to Italy, returned to his hometown of Imperia and started working in his father’s office.
Over the years he specialized in different areas and found more and more love for contemporary architecture. He established himself as an interior designer in his projects and accompanied his customers step by step until the end of the construction site. In 2010 he became energy certifier for the region of Liguria.
Currently he is a member of the Landscape Commission of Borgomaro (municipality in the Liguria hinterland).
Born in Imperia, she completed her studies in architecture at the University of Genoa with a thesis on the waterfront of Santo Stefano al Mare. In 2011, she deepened her digital skills with a course in digital architecture and a webmaster course. In 2015 he was admitted to the Order of Architects of the Province of Imperia.
During his career he has worked in various technical and architectural offices, specializing in architectural design, 2D/3D CAD drawing, rendering and photo insertion. She has also worked in the field of graphics and communication for cultural events, taking care of the image of the Imperia Book Fair on several occasions.
She is currently working as a freelancer in the field of graphic and architectural design.
Born in Imperia in 1996, she completed her architectural studies at the University of Genoa, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in 2018 and a Master’s degree with distinction in 2021.
During her studies she completed internships at the architectural office of Arch. Beniamini Roberto, with whom she began a long-term collaboration after her graduation. At the same time, she works with other studios in the region to expand her professional skills.
She specializes in architectural planning and renovation, using software such as AutoCAD, Allplan and Adobe. She also has a good command of English and certified computer skills.
