Residential Redevelopment – Completion intervention from PDC 490/08

The project concerns the completion of a residential complex already under construction, in accordance with the provisions of Building Permit No. 490/08. The intervention aims to enhance the architectural and functional aspect of the entire area, through targeted works on buildings, common spaces and green areas.

Main Interventions

• Exterior finishes:painting of facades with colors harmonized with the existing context.
• Exterior arrangement of housing units: each unit will be bordered by a small wall with railing, equipped with a pedestrian gate for private access.
• Pedestrian walkways:construction of Luserna stone slab walkways for access to homes, accompanied by landscaping.
• Windows:installation of gray sliding shutters for shading.
• Accesses to terraces:placement of spiral stairs to connect with roofs.
• Completion of pergolasalready planned in the project.

Common spaces

• Interior roadways:completion of driveway and parking areas with asphalt and self-locking brick finishes, delineation of ground stalls.
• Terraces and garages:paving of the still incomplete terraces with terracotta tiles in continuity with the existing ones, finishing of the garages and installation of the shutters.
• Plumbing: connection to the sewer system and municipal waterworks. The LPG tank will not be installed: the entire complex will use only electricity.
• Public lighting:installation of six streetlights in the area earmarked for transfer to the municipality.

Common green area

The condominium green area will be transformed into a relaxation space, replacing the initially planned swimming pool and play area indicated in DIA No. 522 of 05/16/2017. A pedestrian pathway immersed in fragrant essences such as lavender, broom, jasmine and callistemon will be created to provide a peaceful and pleasant environment for all residents.
