The building consists of one floor completely above ground and one basement, characterized by three different roofs: the west side with two pitches, the east side with one sloping pitch, and a flat central part.
The areas outside the building that are not paved are intended as gardens, with sod turf and fruit plants to ensure complete integration into the area, in which the pedestrian paths are made of traditional Ligurian material.
In the area west of the house a swimming pool has been made.
The’interior of the house provides on the ground floor a garage connected by a hallway to the upper floor equipped with a living room, a kitchen, a TV room, two bathrooms, a double room and a single room.
The main and only facade of the basement, was made of stone while plastered with dark gray tint will be the upper part with non-sloping roof, with white tint the remaining part of the building.
Glazed surfaces are concentrated on all elevations.
