The building consists of one floor completely above ground and one basement, is characterized by two different roofs.
Positioned in the lot so as not to noticeably affect the landscape, so the basement will be perceived as being in continuity with the strip of land in which it fits.
The areas outside the building that are not paved are intended as gardens, with sod turf and fruit plants to ensure complete integration into the area, in which the pedestrian paths are made with traditional Ligurian material.
The’interior of the house provides on the ground floor: a garage externally connected to the upper floor equipped with with a living room with kitchenette , a bathroom, a double room and two single rooms.
The facades are made of both stone and white plaster. Glazed surfaces are concentrated on all elevations.
