Graveyard Arma di Taggia

The project for the completion of the civic cemeterywas developed to improve the usability of the space in front of the old northwest block, creating a harmonious connection between the existing and newly built structures.

The planned interventions include:

• Creation of a crypt intended for the graves of parish priests, with a front altar. The’area will be enhanced with self-locking paving and bordered by prefabricated curbs.
• New memorial, with relocation of the dedicated slab to a dedicated area, also paved with self-locking blocks to ensure aesthetic uniformity.
• Improved accessibilitythrough the construction of a slide for people with disabilities, facilitating access to interior areas.
• Construction of two family tombs, lined internally and externally with marble, for a refined and elegant result.

These interventions not only improve the accessibility and functionalityof the cemetery, but also give a new architectural and commemorative valueto the spaces, respecting the memory and spirituality of the place.
