Situated in the northern part of the intervention area, Villa Lavanda will be accessible via one of the new driveways provided by the project. The building will be developed on two levels, harmonizing with the morphology of the land and offering modern and bright environments.
The intervention will keep the two new driveways reduced, ensuring minimal impact on the landscape. The outdoor areas will be designated as gardens with sod grass lawns and olive trees, for seamless integration with the surroundings. The pedestrian paths will be made of “ciappe” of Luserna, laid on grass, in keeping with local tradition.
To ensure adequate screening and mitigation of visual impact, seeds of aromatic and native essenceswill be inserted. The fences will be made of iron with an essential design, with masonry bases lined with natural stone.
Some existing dry stone wallswill be partly demolished and rebuilt to fit the new shape of the area, while some cultivated trees will be replanted in the immediate vicinityto maintain the landscape balance.
