The project consists of the construction of a single-family house
and involves a modern typological choice with references to the Ligurian tradition and able to
fit into the surrounding fabric with coherence, both typologically and in terms of
alignments, heights, ratio of covered area.
The’building is built on two levels, one underground and one above ground;

The above-ground level is the residential one that houses an open space with a dining area, kitchen and living room, a master bedroom, with private bathroom, and an entrance area with a service bathroom,a storage room and the stairwell that connects to the lower level.
Externally, it is configured as consisting of three regular-shaped blocks of which the central one is the tallest and clad in local stone, while the others are plastered and the one to the east is characterized by’having a projecting roof with a shading function for the dining area and at the same time a shelter for the outdoor space

The main facade is characterized by’having a large full-height glazed area for each of the three blocks. These open the view to the stone-paved exterior and the pool area.
